Nalandabodhi’s international community includes people from different cultures who share a commitment to kindness and clarity. We’re united and inspired to lead a more meaningful life and bring more joy to the world.
Our community provides space for individual exploration while ensuring we aren’t alone on our journey. We work together to bring kindness and compassion into our daily lives. By supporting each other during the difficult times and celebrating the happy ones, our personal transformative process is enhanced by the richness of interconnection.
If you’re new to Buddhism or would like to get to know our community, please join us for Sunday Morning Meditation (10 – noon) or for our monthly Community Practice Day (usually Tara practice, followed by a vegetarian potluck lunch).
Other options are our Emotional Rescue Book Club (every second Monday night, 7:00 – 8:30) and Chenrezig Practice on Thursday nights (7:30 – 9:00, in Tibetan). These are open practice sessions and all are welcome to attend.
Please check our calendar for an updated schedule of all events and classes.
For those seeking a quiet place for contemplation, we offer Open Meditation on Sundays.
