Please join us for a new book club focusing on Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche‘s Emotional Rescue, beginning Monday, April 12th.

We are living in uniquely challenging times, where there is a current of fear, anxiety, anger and grief humming around us. Emotional Resource offers practical ways of embracing the energies of our emotions and transforming them into energy that empowers us.
This book club will offer discussion and experiential exercises from Emotional Rescue as we go deeper into discovering ways to work with our emotional landscape and build emotional resilience through the 3-step Emotional Rescue method created by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche.
When: Every second Monday from 7:00-8:30 pm (April 12, April 26, May 10, May 24, and June 7)
