Everyone is welcome to a morning of Shamatha meditation (calm-abiding) at Maitrivana, the Garden of Living Kindness. The practice will include sitting and walking meditation. Afterwards, please stay for a vegetarian potluck lunch if you are so inclined.
Please note: Participants are asked to be vaccinated, to wear a mask inside Maitrivana, and to observe physical distancing.
