Please join us on Sunday for Community Practice Day. The morning includes Tara practice in English, followed by a vegetarian potluck lunch. Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche encourages us to gather and support each other’s meditation practice. At lunch, we can socialize over a delicious meal.
Newcomers and oldtimers alike are most welcome; the practice will be explained.
10 am–11:45 am: Tara Practice (in English)
12 noon–1 pm: Potluck lunch (vegetarian, please)
About TARA practice: Dispelling fears, clearing obstacles
“Supplicating Tara helps to dispel all obstacles that get in the way of making our practice fruitional. Tara also clears away obstacles of all those with whom we have connections: our friends, our relatives, our partners and so on—anyone for whom we wish that they be free of illness, negative spirits, and other obstacles.”
“When you supplicate Tara, you will receive her blessing.” —Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche
