On-site, in-person only: Sunday mornings beginning Aug. 24
If a Sunday morning of meditation and dharma teachings is your cup of tea, look no further!
All are welcome to Lama Rabten Tshering’s discussion of “The Way of the Bodhisattva.” This brilliant text by 8th century Indian master, Shantideva, spells out the Mahayana path of cultivating bodhicitta, the awakened heart.
In particular, Lama Rabten will explore Shantideva’s chapter on Meditation.
The Sunday sessions will begin with shamatha (calm-abiding) meditation, followed by Lama’s teaching in English. The program is on-site, in-person only.
Confirmed dates: Sundays Aug. 24 & 31, Sept. 7 & 14 (with more to come in October and beyond)
