Nalandabodhi Vancouver’s Community Practice is held on the last Sunday of the month: A chance to meditate together, share food, and create connections within the sangha.
All are welcome, especially newcomers.
Schedule:
The morning begins at 10 am with calm-abiding (shamatha) meditation — sitting and walking —Â followed by a yummy vegetarian potluck lunch (12 noon til 1 pmish).
