Nalandabodhi Vancouver’s Community Gathering is *usually* the last Sunday of the month — but not this April!
All are invited to this fine opportunity to meditate together, receive dharma instruction, share food, and enjoy one another’s company.
This month, our special presenter will again be Susan Gillis Chapman. With teachings and guided meditation, Susan will explore with us the practice of mindful communication in times of uncertainty.
Newcomers are especially welcome. Check us out!
Schedule:Â Doors open at 9:45 am. Practice begins at 10 am til 11:30. Then we’ll enjoy a yummy vegetarian potluck lunch (til 1 pmish).
Come for all or part of the program. No need to pre-register.
